Statutory warranty

This is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally binding.

Goods sold in the European Union come with a statutory warranty of at least two years. You can assert your rights if goods do not match the description or do not work as intended.

What to do

• Report the problem to us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@echt-bauen.de
• Provide proof of purchase, for example the invoice
• We then offer free repair or replacement, and in certain cases a price reduction or refund

Specifics of Claycasein

• Pigmented material is produced to order and is excluded from exchange
• Claycasein Base and pigments are natural raw materials. Slight batch-related colour deviations from sample boards are naturally possible and do not constitute a defect
• Claycasein is a natural product and not certified. Before use, test the product for suitability for your purpose: lay a test area
• Because of different application methods and substrates, we cannot guarantee the general validity of individual recommendations. Application without warranty

Ordering

We do not run an online shop. Orders are placed by e-mail or via the contact form, and you receive a quote from us including shipping costs. All prices are plus VAT and plus shipping.
